A Training and Methodological Seminar on the Implementation of New Statistical Reporting Forms is Underway in Rasht District

From May 14 to 16, a training and methodological seminar on the implementation of new statistical reporting forms is being held in Rasht District at the initiative of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The event has been organized to fulfill the requirements of the Agency Director’s Order “On the Approval and Introduction of Statistical Reporting Forms,” ensure the effective implementation of new reporting forms, improve the knowledge and skills of specialists, strengthen awareness activities, and ensure full coverage of business entities in statistical reporting.

Employees of jamoats, accountants, and representatives of relevant enterprises and business entities from the cities and districts of the Rasht region are participating in the seminar. Participants are receiving detailed information on the procedures for submitting statistical reports, the use of digital technologies, and the new reporting forms.

The seminar is attended by Khurshed Qosimzoda, Head of the Agency’s Department of Agricultural and Environmental Statistics, as well as Firdavs Asmatbekzoda, Head of the Department of Industrial Statistics and Innovation in Construction. They provided necessary explanations on statistical reporting issues related to agriculture, industry, construction, ceremonial facilities, social facilities, and other business entities.

It was emphasized that the improvement and modernization of statistical reporting forms stem from the instructions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Agency’s leadership, and modern-day requirements. Within the framework of implementing state strategies and programs on economic digitalization and the development of the national statistical system, adapting statistical reporting to modern standards, improving the statistical data collection system, and ensuring full coverage of reporting entities were identified as key areas of activity.

During the seminar, participants are being provided with detailed information on the new statistical reporting forms, including Form No. 1-Crop Production, Form No. 24-Livestock, Form No. 24-Fish Farming, and Form No. 1-GAP (Gross Agricultural Production). The correct procedures for completing these forms are also being explained in practice.

It was noted that the introduction of the new reporting forms will help reduce the reporting burden on respondents, simplify report submission, eliminate duplication of indicators, improve the quality and reliability of statistical data, and further advance the digitalization process.

Participants also exchanged views on issues related to ensuring full coverage of business entities and properly organizing statistical reporting in the fields of industry, construction, agriculture, ceremonial facilities, and other important socio-economic sectors, while receiving specific answers to their questions.
