Nurmahmadzoda Jamshed – Director of the Agency on statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan
Nurmahmadzoda Jamshed was born on December 14, 1960. Education: In 1983 graduated from the Tajik National University with a degree in accounting.
He began his professional career in 1983 as an Inspector-Auditor at the Inspection and Audit Department of the Ministry of Finance in Kurgan-Tyube Region.
From 1988 to 1990, he worked as an Inspector-Auditor at the Inspection and Audit Department of the Ministry of Finance in Kommunist District; from 1990 to 1993, as a Senior Inspector-Auditor at the Inspection and Audit Department of the Ministry of Finance in Kurgan-Tyube Region; from 1993 to 1994, as Deputy Head of the Finance Department in Kurgan-Tyube Region; from 1994 to 2001, as Head of the State Financial Control and Audit Department of the Ministry of Finance in Khatlon Region; and from 2001 to 2006, he served as Head of a Sector of the State Financial Control Department under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in Khatlon Region and as Head of a Department of the State Financial Control Committee in Khatlon Region.
From 2006 to 2012, he served as Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
From 2012 to 2013, he served as Deputy Chairman of Sughd Region.
Subsequently, from 2013 to 2015, he served as Chairman of the Management Board of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan “Amonatbank”.
From May 2015 to November 2020, he served as Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan.
By Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 5 January 2023, he was appointed Director of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
By Decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, he was awarded the Medal “For Meritorious Service” in 2020 and, in 2026, was awarded the honorary title “Distinguished Worker of Tajikistan”.
In 2011, he was awarded the honorary badge “Excellent Worker of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan” and, in 2026, the honorary badge of the National Bank of Tajikistan.
He is married and has four children.
Aso Nurullo Asvat – First Deputy Director of the Agency on statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan
Aso Nurullo Asvat was born on September 9, 1978. Education: In 1999 he graduated from the Agrarian University of Tajikistan, in 2011 from the National University of Tajikistan (part-time education), in 2020 from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan with specializations in accounting and auditing, economics and management in the field of geology and mining, personnel management.
He began his career in 1999 as an accountant at the Tajik-Austrian joint venture “Rakhsh”. In 1999-2000 worked as a manager of the Tajik-Austrian JV “Rakhsh”, 2000-2002 worked as an engineer of the department for the supply of technical building materials, 2002-2004 worked as a labor economist of the planning and economic department, 2004-2006 deputy of General Director for General Affairs, 2006-2008 worked as a CFO, 2008-2017 worked as the director of OAO SM GSS “Dangara”.
In 2017-2018 he worked as the head of the department of finance and balance statistics, in 2018-2019 he worked as the head of the State Institution “Main Computing Center” of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2019-2023, he was appointed head of the Main Department of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in Dushanbe.
By order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on January 5, 2023, he was appointed as a First Deputy Director of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In 2017 he was awarded the Decent Service (Khizmati Shoista) medal.

Mirzoyon Nodir Ramazoni – Deputy Director of the Agency on statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan
Mirzoyon Nodir Ramazoni was born on August 30, 1973. Education: In 1995 graduated from the Technological University of Tajikistan and in 2004 the State University of Nebraska, USA, majoring in process engineering and software engineering. In 2004-2005 he was a student of master’s degree at the State University of Nebraska, United State of America, and from 2005 to 2007 as an intern in the USA.
He began his career in 1995-1996 as an economist of the 2nd category, in 1996-1997 years – an accountant of the 2nd category of the National Bank of Tajikistan, 1997-1998 years – as the chief accountant of department No.84 of “Sberbank” in Dushanbe? Tajikistan.
From 2007 to 2009 – as an engineer of the 1st category of the banking operations of the Department of the information technology of JSC “Orienbank” in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

Nazarzoda Zarina Narzikul – Deputy Director of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan
She was born on 16 July 1972 in the city of Kurgan-Tyube (now Bokhtar). She has a higher education. In 1991, she graduated from the Statistical College of Vahdat with a specialization in Statistics. In 2015, she graduated from the Tajik State University of Economics with a specialization in Statistics and Economics.
She began her professional career in 1991 as an Accountant in the Material Department of the Education Department of the Central District (now Firdausi District) of Dushanbe. From 2006 to 2009, she worked as a Specialist; from 2009 to 2010, as a Leading Specialist; from 2010 to 2013, as a Chief Specialist of the Statistics Department of Industry and Construction; from 2013 to 2019, as Head of the Department of Statistics of Industry and Construction; from 2019 to 2023, as Head of the Department of Statistics of Housing and Communal Services, Transport, Communications and Services; and since January 2023, she has served as Deputy Head of the State Institution “Main Computing Centre” of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
By Order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 16 March 2023, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
