In 2025, industrial enterprises in Tajikistan, together with private entrepreneurs, produced goods worth 66.7261 billion somoni, which is 13.3 billion somoni higher compared to the same period in 2024. The growth rate, calculated at comparable prices, reached 122.1 percent.
Industry remains one of the most important drivers for addressing socio-economic challenges, with its share in gross domestic product steadily increasing each year. As stated by the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, in his latest Address to the Majlisi Oli:
“In order to achieve one of the strategic national goals—accelerated industrialization of the country—during the implementation period (2019–2025), that is, over the past seven years, more than 2,600 industrial enterprises have been constructed and put into operation, creating over 87,000 jobs.
In particular, 400 manufacturing enterprises commenced operations in 2025.”
