Participation of the First Deputy Director of the Statistics Agency in the International Forum

The First Deputy Director of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Aso Nurullo Asvat, took part and delivered a speech at the International Forum “Digitalization of the National Statistical System,” which was held over two days in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event brought together heads of statistical agencies from more than fifteen countries and representatives of international organizations. The participants discussed issues related to digitalization and the transformation of statistical data processing.

In his speech, Aso Nurullo Asvat informed the participants about the process of digitalizing the national statistical system in Tajikistan and the experiences gained in this area. He emphasized that digitalization undoubtedly increases public trust in official statistics and brings fundamental changes to data processing.

It should be noted that this forum was dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the establishment of Kazakhstan’s state statistical bodies and was organized with the support of the CIS Statistical Committee.
